SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related courses Knowledge in object-oriented programming principles is a MUST Experience in Core Java and/or J2EE Development is an advantage Experience with Java web application frameworks such as, Java Server Faces, JBOSS Seam, Spring, Hibernate and Json is an advantage Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

GRAPHIC ARTIST
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Graphic Artist is responsible in layouts for creative executions, advertorials, and marketing collaterals. He/She executes conceptual layout design or presentation approach of creative marketing executions, advertorials and marketing collaterals, and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, video and sound.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Information Design or any related course; Knowledge in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator; Knowledge in Video Editing is a plus; Excellent oral and written communications; MAC and PC Computer proficiency; Highly creative and able to visualize and conceptualize; With uncompromising ethics and integrity; Able to articulate his/her ideas effectively; Sociable and energetic, Adaptable and dependable, Highly organized, Pro-active, Driven, aims for continuous improvement, Client service oriented and Team oriented. BUSINESS ANALYST
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specification. Analyze and document business processes. Document workflows and results of business analysis to obtain sign-off from client on the specifications. To provide the link between the customer, developers, test team, and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle. To design use-cases and work packages which will result into test scenarios and test scripts. Day to day assistance in the management of change requests in relation to the project or product requirements specifications. Produce weekly reports showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Can analyze and document complex business processes Knowledge in Unified Modeling Language is an advantage Experience in writing requirements specifications in Software Development Use case experience is an advantage Results oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to independently manage spreadsheet and presentation software, including advanced formulas/commands to analyze and interpret client data and produce final documentation.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Good verbal and written communications skills are required. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
With at least a four year Information Technology related course. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
